We have worked with MicroTech Systems out of Boise for a few years now and are very pleased with the services provided. Even though we are about an hour from Boise, the technicians are timely when we are in need which is very much appreciated. Our company came onboard with MicroTech Boise in early March, 2021 - after I fired our then-current MSP at 4:00AM one Tuesday morning over the botched deployment of a new HyperV server with two VMs, costing one full day of work for a company with 300 employees. We were starting our second day with no email. I had already contacted Randy, Stuart and Bill about onboarding with them some months prior. The MicroTech crew was here in our office later that morning at 8:00A and stepped right in!
